STEP 1: MEET ALL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS, INCLUDING REQUIRED VACCINES

To ensure the safety and health of your pet and our other guests, we require all guests to comply with the following rules.

All pets must be 2 months of age or older.
All pets 9 months or older must be spayed or neutered. (Certain exceptions may apply. Females in season cannot attend daycare.)
All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations. See requirement below… You can have your veterinarian fax your pet’s vaccine certificate directly to 517-817-0172 or email vaccines@unleashedandlovinit.com
Canine owners must provide proof of vaccination (Rabies Certificate and Vaccine Certificate). The canine vaccines required are

DHLPPV Combo
Rabies
Bordetella
The bordetella vaccine must be administered at least 2 weeks prior to your dogs temperament evaluation or visit to UNLEASHED and lovin’ it!

If a dog has a medical reason for not having vaccines, they will have to be approved by the manager before coming to UNLEASHED and lovin’ it!

→ Owners must certify that their pet is in good health and has not been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days. Upon admission, all pets must be free of any condition that could potentially jeopardize other guests.  Pets that have been ill with a communicable condition in the last 30 days will be required to provide a certificate of health from a veterinarian before being admitted or re-admitted.

→ All pets must be non-aggressive and neither food nor toy protective. Owners must certify that their pet has neither harmed nor shown any aggressive or threatening behavior towards any person or other animal.Please remember that your pet will be spending time with other pets and the safety of all is our main concern

STEP 2: COMPLETE REGISTRATION FORM

All pets must have a complete, up-to-date and approved registration form on file.    To register, you can fill out the PDF Registration form below, save & attach to the New Customer Form blow.  Once we receive your registration form, Terms & Conditions and proof of vaccinations, we will review your paperwork and call you to schedule a time when we can meet you and your pet.

STEP 3: COMPLETE TERMS & CONDITIONS

All pets must have a completed Terms & Conditions form on file.    To register, you can fill out the PDF Terms & Conditions form below, save & attach to the New Customer Form blow.  Once we receive your registration form, Terms & Conditions and proof of vaccinations, we will review your paperwork and call you to schedule a time when we can meet you and your pet.

STEP 4: SCHEDULE A CANINE TEMPERAMENT EVALUATION THROUGH CONTACT FORM BELOW

There is a $20 (non-refundable) fee for all dogs wishing to enroll in daycare and lodging.  This fee is due at time of temperament evaluation.  All dogs will be interviewed prior to attending daycare or lodging.  Dogs will be tested on various types of behaviors.  They include but are not limited to petting, interaction with other pets and people, and basic commands. Please allow 30 minutes to complete the evaluation.  Passing this evaluation will allow your pet to attend daycare and/or lodging.  Once they are enrolled, the evaluation does not stop.  While at UNLEASHED and lovin’ it! all pets will be continuously monitored for aggressive or submissive behaviors which could cause problems.  You will receive a report card of your pets’ actions and behaviors exhibited throughout their stay with us.  We will address any concerns we may have with your pet when you pick-up. Canine temperament evaluations are by appointment only.
