As we approach 20 years of caring for dogs and the families who love them, we’re updating our prices and adding more ways to personalize your dog’s visit. Our commitment to safe, attentive care stays the same.

Daycare & Passes
Time to play, explore, socialize or relax—with rest breaks built into the day.
• Visit options: a full day or any visit of five hours or less.
• Prepaid passes: savings for regular visits. Each dog uses one pass day.
• Mini Monday: Monday daycare for dogs 25 pounds and under.
• Sunday daycare: available with a shorter schedule. See the FAQ.
Boarding & Pickup
Overnight care while you’re away.
• Comfortable arrangements: kennels are chosen for your dogs’ safety and comfort.
• Household dogs: the additional-dog rate is the same in shared or separate kennels.
• Biggest policy change: morning pickup is included; later departure has a separate care charge. See the pickup chart.
Baths, Nails & Washes
• Baths & nails: let our staff handle your dog’s bath or nail trim.
• Self-serve wash: wash your dog yourself, with an optional nail-trim add-on.
• Bath pricing: based on height at the shoulders.
• Additional Coat Care: covers extra work, rather than breed or long hair alone.
• Wash rewards: our wash punch card is staying.
Their Visit, Their Way
Personalize your dog’s visit:
• Play My Way: dedicated time for play, sniffing, cuddles or light brushing.
• Bedtime Tuck-In: calm goodnight attention, a calming spritz and a bedtime cookie.
• Freshen Up: waterless shampoo, a quick brush and deodorizing.

Why are the policies changing?
• Clearer pricing: service choices and pickup charges reflect the care and staff time your dog receives.
• Boarding departure: morning pickup stays included. Later charges cover care before you arrive.
• More choice: Play My Way combines personalized activities, including light brushing, into one timed service.
